Re our Wedding on Sunday 28th August 2011.
We would like to write to say a huge thank you for all you did both before and actually on our wedding day.
You were absolutely invaluable. We really did appreciate all your hard work you did ensuring
everything ran smoothly. It really was a massive weight off our minds to know you were taking
care of everything for us. It meant we could both relax and enjoy the day without worrying if people
had turned up or not and if things were running on time. You also did a fabulous job of rounding up the guests
for all the photographs and ensuring they were seated at the right time before the ceremony.
It was also really lovely to have you introduce each of the speeches and the cake cutting.
We were thoroughly pleased with the service you provided and I would encourage anybody thinking of having
you at their wedding to definitely do it, you were a complete God Send!
Everybody commented on how helpful and polite you were and that it was a lovely idea to have a Toastmaster.
We are really pleased we were able to share our special day with you.

Dear Brian, Apologies for not having been in touch before now, a little bit hectic post marriage!.
Thank you for your part in the day, moving people from room to room was invaluable because
of the set up of the day. We certainly didn't have much of a break!. Thank you too for staying on

our function last Saturday evening which went extremely well except for the Toast to the Ladies.
Unfortunately when something like that occurs it makes life difficult for everyone else, but in spite
of that and the oversight with the bouquets, which at least got a laugh, but neither were your problems!
everything was fine.
I would like to add how impressed I was with your method of working as I had no idea until we
met during the afternoon how the program for the evening would unfold, but you made that so
manageable for my wife & I which gave us the confidence required to play our part.
I shall certainly recommend you to others who are embarking on a similar event as I firmly believe
it is essential to have you there to hold the evening together & ensure it's smooth running.
Your prompting & guidance were invaluable.

My dad asked " have you got a safety pin?" and within 2 minutes you produced a bunch of them and I was so grateful
as they were needed by me! You also came to the rescue when the hotel said they hadn't a mike for the speeches

and this enabled me to greet the Coach party that arrived about the same time as the Bride and Groom

the restaurant by 18-30 so my staff could re set the room for the coach party, and you got everyone out

Our wedding day passed in a whirl of happy moments and Brian's efforts throughout the day
contributed heavily towards that.
We were able to relax and spend time with people and just enjoy the day, and it was a great comfort
to see him there in his red coat to advise on anything we needed.
Brian was able to smooth over any small hiccups that arose on the day without troubling us, and
we can't remember now what they might have been!.
He was also great at co-ordinating those little extras and made everyone feel at ease.
